REFUND POLICY

At Eighty5 Cigars LLC. we strive to carry only the best cigars for your money. We stand behind every line of cigars that we carry. If for any reason you need to return your cigars for a credit within 30 days of purchase, you may do so. Here are our guidelines:

Return Policy Guidelines

We will issue a full refund if you have only smoked one cigar from a bundle of 10 or more (less shipping). Otherwise, if you have smoked more than one, your refund will be prorated based on the number of cigars returned in stable condition.

How To Make A Return

  • Email customer service at customerservice@eighty5cigars.com to let us know to expect your return.
  • Specify if you’ll be wanting a credit or replacement.
  • Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no credit will be issued.
